I'm going to try the Rainy Season  Chicken Soup in this cookbook (pg. 35) which requires Low-Fat Chicken Stock from the same book (pg.30).  The chicken stock ingredient list includes canned chicken broth, which surprises me because I thought the point of making my own chicken stock was to avoid all the bad ingredients that are in  the canned chicken broth?

  • Monster Cinnamon Rools (pg. 178-179)

This is the first book that I checked out from the library in 2021! Happy reading for the New Year, everybody!! Call me shallow but  I like this book more than the other book that I have been trying to finish reading since last year.  Supper Menu inspired by pg. 23 of this book (The meal that Laura made for Gabe on their first meeting): BLT Sandwich Clam Chowder Milk Coffee Laura seemed to also enjoy hot chocolate .  So I often made one when I have time to sit down to continue my reading of this book.
