V Is for Vegetables by Michael Anthony

This is a big beautiful cookbook that has gorgeous photographs on every page. Each vegetable featured in the cookbook comes with very educational background information and recipes.  Even though this book really takes up a lot of space on my bookshelf, I'm holding onto this book despite the fact that my local library has a copy of it.

I'm dusting my bookshelf today and found this magazine that I bought but I had forgotten about. It's very hard for me to let go of old magazines, particularly great magazines like this one. As a renter, I don't know why I even bother to keep this magazine on my shelf.  But I enjoy reading it and day dream about having my own home one day...
