This is one of my favorite cookbooks that I can't bare to part with.  I love the monthly menu ideas in this cookbook. I had put out some of my cherished cookbooks for sale to make space. This is the first book that I checked out from the library in 2021! Happy reading for the New Year, everybody!! Call me shallow but  I like this book more than the other book that I have been trying to finish reading since last year.  Supper Menu inspired by pg. 23 of this book (The meal that Laura made for Gabe on their first meeting): BLT Sandwich Clam Chowder Milk Coffee Laura seemed to also enjoy hot chocolate .  So I often made one when I have time to sit down to continue my reading of this book.
