Let's Go to the Hardware Store

 This book is very enjoyable and engaging to kids.  The colorful and fun illustration introduce young children to a lot of the tools that are commonly used in the household's maintenance and improvement projects.  This book makes the shopping errands in the local hardware store a lot more fun and interesting to the kids.  This book is both fun and educational. I highly recommend.

This is the first book that I checked out from the library in 2021! Happy reading for the New Year, everybody!! Call me shallow but  I like this book more than the other book that I have been trying to finish reading since last year.  Supper Menu inspired by pg. 23 of this book (The meal that Laura made for Gabe on their first meeting): BLT Sandwich Clam Chowder Milk Coffee Laura seemed to also enjoy hot chocolate .  So I often made one when I have time to sit down to continue my reading of this book.
