Paleo for Beginners: The Guide to Getting Started
This book has the recipe of one of my favorite breakfast food: "Orange-Cranberry Scones" on pg. 96. I'm just happy that this diet's 30-days meal plans allow me to have my favorite scone for breakfast. As a dieting cookbook, I'm surprised to see that there is no nutritional analysis at the bottom of each recipe.
To make space on my cluttered bookshelf, I'm now giving away a bunch of books and magazines that I had finished reading. They are like new in condition. Feel free to check them out before you go to Amazon to spend your money on them.
